 Having been trained as an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®)--only 2% of Realtors© hold this designation--I LOVE working with Buyers.  As a SRES© (Seniors Real Estate Specialist), I've obtained skills worthly of assisting the 55+ community---the BABY BOOMERS.  Baby Boomers have special financial needs (especially NOW). Boomers are the largest group of Real Estate Buyers and only 1% of all Realtors© carry this designation. 

Realizing the importance of technology, I have graduated from e-PRO© classes where we are taught to make the most of Internet technology and to identify, evaluate and implement new Internet modes. (only 1% of all Realtors© carry this credential.) 

Another Designation, AHWD (At Home with Diversity) supplies me with the background for working with all people and situations. As a Certified Relocation Specialist I understand the nuances of "getting you here with ease."  

Lately I've completed my GRI© (Gratuate Realtor Institite) as well as my MRE (Master's in Real Estate).  There are only 6 agents with this designation in the entire Verde Valley! I am constantly updating my knowledge base in Real Estate and in the lending process....what good is finding you a property if you can't find the money to purchase it?
